It was a bleak and dreary morn of January as Fair Ladies
Three gazed upon their winter garden. A summoning disturbed
their pondering as a caller came to the door.
“My name is Dark Moon and I travel with companions
who come from distant shores. Will you await their arrival
with me?”
The Fair Ladies Three bid their caller welcome and, day
after day, they did pass the time quietly. Strolls through
the snow, listening to sweet gentle music and long afternoon
naps. Finally, on the evening of the 7th day, seven strangers
did make their way from their lost and mystical lands.
“I am Tanis, treasure of a an Egyptian Dynasty and
a forgotten capital. Ancient buried secrets in drifting
blowing sands. I look to become guardian of a new Temple.
I plead your good cheer.”
“You are gladly received!” smiled the Fair
Ladies Three.
“I am Templar, an Eastern Crusader, a Champion with
naught to offer but steadfast spirit and Knight’s
courage. I seek to protect those of pure and worthy heart.”
“Enter! Enter!” said the Fair Ladies Three.
“I am Quivira, mysterious daughter of the epic City
of Gold. While many search for the hidden riches of my
homeland, I bring my own treasures of loyalty and devotion
with me. I look for my own citadel to watch over.”
Welcome! Welcome!” spoke the Fair Ladies Three.
“My name the mythical Atlantis, an explorer from
sapphire seas. I travel on Etesian Winds by the Pillars
of Hercules to discover my Fate. I chart my course for
Paradise.”
“Your arrival gives us great pleasure!” exclaimed
the Fair Ladies Three.
“I am of Ultima Thulay. My journey brings me from
the highest boundaries of the northern world where the
flames of El Auria dance the midnight skies. My Destiny
to guard tender and soulful hearts.”
“Our cordial greetings!” laughed the Fair
Ladies Three.
“I am the Lady Erised of Lyonesse. My home between
the Isles and Land’s End. My name, rising from halcyon
waters, a reflection of your deepest wish. I pray you shelter
from the cold.”
“A hearty eventide to you!” said the Fair
Ladies Three.
“I am of Camelot, lost world of chivalry and Timeless
days. My Quest everlasting, my glorious oath, to defend
and serve a new magical Kingdom of Wonder.”
“Sire, ‘tis an honour to receive you!” curtsied
the Fair Ladies Three.
And so they came.
The stories of the StormnAngels litters and the updates
that I do each week are really just a lot of fun and my
way of recording memorable happy events. It does take a
lot of extra patience and help from my entire family, however,
and this year I want to thank my husband and my children
for their support as I bred 2 litters - the "E" and "F" litters.
A extra special thank you to the “Fair Ladies Two” – my
daughters Caleigh and Aislinn. Their unwavering willingness
to lend a hand through all of this goes above and beyond.
